We were delighted to be approached by this team of highly driven technical and digital specialists to design and develop a new name, logo identity, brand style guide, asset tool kit and WordPress website for an innovative open source software solution.
Logo Design
The logo design was a combination of a formal yet charismatic custom wordmark partnered with a hand-drawn bold cloud motif. The logo wordmark needed to communicate the more formal side to the brand while the motif design represented the innovative, open-source, cloud hosted nature of the platform.
Illustrations and Icons
Building upon the completed logo identity, we crafted a set of hand drawn illustrations and icons that would assist the logo design and bring charm and energy to the brand whilst helping with visual messaging and story telling.
We designed a series of engaging characters and environments to convey specific benefits and services whilst maintaining a professional yet creative edge. The illustrations were then rolled out throughout all the Tymly supporting materials including a brochure, website and presentation pieces.
Website Design
To assist Tymly with content publishing we designed and developed a custom WordPress website with ambitions to keep it informative and engaging. The website needed to document technical information and offer multiple user roles so various team members could produce and author News articles and content focused around the core service offering of the Tymly platform.
Some advantages of building the Tymly on WordPress include; an open-source CMS with no licence fee, a highly secure and stable platform, great performance and scalable for future development. We created a very user-friendly backend experience to encourage usage by their team and integrated the website with some of their required technologies.
